HiFi 2

This one a Harley Davidson Street Glide in for an audio upgrade.

We outfitted the touring pack with a JL Audio 10TW1 down firing in a custom stacked PVC enclosure. In order to make this possible, we had to router out two openings in the bottom of the pack to vent the subwoofer. I pressed two grilles to flush into these openings and painted them white so they blend in to the area. I used the two openings in the bottom of the rack mount to be my grille openings. The stacked enclosure was tapped with e-z lok inserts so the enclosure could be bolted down to the touring pack. We designed two openings to either side of the enclosure to mount both our JL Audio MX Amplifiers. The enclosure was 3D shaped in order to fit under our curved touring lid. Finally the enclosure was finished off with acrylic presenting the JL Logo.

The front stage consists of JL Audio Marine Series 2 way components. The rears consist of JL Audio 7.7 Marine coax speakers flush mounted into the saddlebag. A Sony double din radio was utilized to play our media including Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Finally, a RGB Bluetooth LED kit was installed to accent various parts of the bike at night.
